Option 1: Standard NZPOST Overnight Delivery Service

• Cost: Shipping is charged at a flat rate of $4, and complimentary for orders above $30.

• Delivery Time: Overnight delivery aims for a timeline of one working day. However, orders to rural or remote areas may require an additional working day. Delays are possible during peak times.

Same Day Order Dispatch Cutoff

• Orders placed before 12pm NZT (excluding weekends and public holidays) are guaranteed to ship the same day. We continue packing orders until the NZPOST courier's mid-afternoon daily collection. Orders placed after this collection will be prioritized for the next working day.

Order Tracking

• When your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking details.

Age Verification on Delivery

• All orders will feature an R18 sticker and will require ID verification by the courier upon delivery. An Authority to Leave cannot be granted, ensuring you must be present to receive your package to avoid redirection to the nearest collection center. Consider shipping to a work address if you cannot be present for delivery.

Option 2: Express Tonight

Express Tonight Shipping

• A same-day evening delivery service operating between 6 & 9 pm Monday to Friday in select areas of Auckland, Hamilton, Wellington, and Christchurch. Orders must be placed before 11am for same-day delivery.

Shipping Costs

• Orders $0 - $75: $18.50

• Orders $75 - $150: $9.50

• Orders over $150: Free

Eligibility and Timing

• This service is not available for business addresses or PO Box/Parcel Collect addresses. Check if your suburb is eligible for Express Tonight at checkout.

Age Verification on Delivery

• A signature and ID verification are required upon delivery, negating the Authority to Leave option. Ensure presence during the delivery window to prevent redirection to a collection center.

Eligible Suburbs

• Express Tonight service is available in specified suburbs within Auckland, Hamilton, Wellington, and Christchurch. This option will be visible at checkout if your suburb is eligible.
